Can I buy just one item?
Yes, you can buy any item individually, or purchase any combination of items to create the perfect haven for your back yard.

Is there any assembly involved?
Yes. The haven will come to you flatpacked, with easy to follow instructions. They are simple to put together with the rings, clips and tool supplied. All you’ll need is a screwdriver and maybe an extra pair of hands.

How does my cat get into the haven?
Our havens can connect either directly, or via a katwalk, to almost any type of cat door. You may need to install a cat door (not supplied) at a convenient location to give your cat access to the haven. If you don’t have or want a cat door, you can place your cat into the haven through the access door.

How do I get into the haven?
All havens come with a pre-fitted personal access door, enabling you to get inside comfortably.

How do I fix the haven down if I don’t buy a deck?
The havens can be fixed to customers with clips supplied (upon request): a masonry drill will be required; or they can be held down with tent pegs if being located on grass or in the garden.

Where are the havens made?
All Burmeze Triangle havens are made at our Eagle Point premises from materials made (where possible) and sourced in Australia.
