What wages can the business support?
This very much depends on the success of the store and its overheads. We have had stores that have been able to draw out as much as $100,000 over and above the Managers wage, all within the first eighteen months. Whilst other stores have not been so well managed.

Can we run a vehicle through the business?
As part of the journey you will have an opportunity to include various elements to your forecasts and budgets. All Managers use a company vehicle of some description. Decisions like these are very much left to individuals.

What will our ROI be?
The best within our group is 20% per annum. Average results have been less than 5%.

What is the length of, difficulty of and costs of training?
PETstock offers the latest in on-line training technology. This is available over the internet (min. service required 512/256). On-line training will require approximately 6-8 hrs of your time. The other component of our training is hands on in store. New team members should undertake at least 1 month training at various stores, this gives them the opportunity to see first hand what is required of store managers and helps in formulating a successful business plan.

What sort of ongoing support do we get?
The PETstock Group has a team of specialists available to help and support you through every step of the journey. Combine this with a family of stores and there is no end to the support available within the group.
