Go to our contact page and email or phone us. We will need to know the following information to calculate your quote:

 

• Where your pet is moving to and from?
• What level of service you require?
• Weight and breed of your pet
• Do you have your own airline approved crate?
• For large dogs we need to know their height and length (measured when standing with head level)

 

How soon can pet(s) be transported?

 

In most cases we can ship your pet(s) within 2 or 3 working days after we receive payment. Depending on your circumstances we may be able to do it the next day or even the same day.

 

How to pay?

 

We accept bank deposits and credit card payments. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

• Where you pet is travelling to and from?
• When you want your pet to travel?
• What type of pet(s) you have including their age and weight?
• For large dogs we will need their height (head to ground) and length (nose to base of tail)
• Whether you have started any veterinary checks that may be required
• If there are any steps you wish to undertake yourself (eg taking the dog to the vet or airport)
• Your contact phone number

 

Once you have collected the information above go to our contact page and email or phone us.
