I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful way you handled the recent loss of our very much loved Pomeranian Saffron (Saffy). Our little girl had been part of our life for 14 years, and her loss has left such a hole in our world. We had decided before her passing that we would have her cremated as we could not stand the thought of her being in a burial place in our yard.

 

The professional service which you "Troy" provided was so much more than expected. Within 2 hours of calling you were on our doorstep. You came into our home and showed so much respect for our loss; absolutely no pressure on us to hurry. You allowed my wife to greave in the best way she could. From the bottom of my heart I thank you for that. On return of her ashes we agreed on a time and once again you delivered. In this day and age it is a lost ability for most companies to deliver a service on time.

 

Troy, thank you for your caring and understanding. You are a very special person with a quality of understanding that few people possess. We cannot be happier with your help and service in our time of loss.

Thank you for your amazing tact, kindness and superb professionalism in helping us find the perfect way to remember our darling cat Tinkerbell. So many misunderstand the meaning of a pet to a family, but you knew exactly what we were going through and treated our little princess with nothing but kindness and respect.

 

You certainly made a terrible event seem much easier to deal with, and we appreciate how you were so prompt to respond to us when we needed some help - even at 8am on a Sunday morning. To say your service is outstanding is an understatement. Her little box is absolutely beautiful and so fitting for the beautiful little girl she was.

Thank you Troy & Pet memories for helping us and making a difficult time a little easier. When we lost our pet Marbles after she passed away in her sleep, it was a very sad and emotional time for the both of us.

 

We cannot thank you and recommend you enough.

 

We are going to miss her incredibly, particularly her cuddles at night. Again thank you so much Troy for taking care of our little girl Marbles for us. We are very happy to have her back with us, in her little rock. She is now resting in the garden where she spent so much of her days.
