How do I know that I am receiving my pet's ashes?

Pet Memories uses a purpose-built pet crematorium to ensure that there is no mixing of ashes between cremations. Pet Memories also uses a detailed tracking process for the peace of mind of our customers.

How long will the process take?

Pet Memories will pick up, cremate and return the ashes of your pet in the receptacle of your choice in 3-4 days

Do I have to use a vet for this service?

Pet Memories can collect directly from your vet, from your home or any other location. We encourage all pet owners to use a vet if they are comfortable doing so.

Can I attend the cremation?

Our operating licence doesn't permit this. In any case, we believe your best memories of your pet are at home.

What if I don't want the ashes returned?

Pet Memories can arrange for the interment of ashes in a dignified manner if you do not want them returned.
