“My boy passed away on the 11th July. It was all sudden and a shock to us, he was a red alaskan malamute and was very special to us. I wanted a special urn for him with his photo and all on it. I looked on the net and found what I wanted through Pet Heaven Caskets. I e-mailed Jill and got a quick reply. All was done through e-mails and over the phone as I live interstate, they then sent me some samples for me to chose from before making his urn. It was just what I wanted, so they made it up and sent it to me with no problems. I will be staying with Pet Heaven Caskets for any of my products at a time of a beloved pet passing. I found them sincere and listened to what I wanted.”

“In just recent times my lovely cat of 20 years met her fate with a rather large dog. It was a horrible time for me to loose such an animal that was so close to us all, she was part of our family.

I had heard about Pet Heaven Caskets as I wanted to have my old girl cat cremated, so I gave them a ring and to my surprise on the other end of the phone was the most caring and kind lady that understood everything I was feeling and couldn’t do enough to console me and help me purchase an urn for my cat. This lovely lady had the urn sent to Tasmania where I live by post and she organised everything, there was no problems with anything. Not only did I get the urn safely, but inside was an angel pin she had sent and a card with her condolences.

I didn’t know there was other people that cared like I did and she didn’t even know me - now that is something special. Thank you so much for everything you did as I know I wasn’t just a number.”

“Before we knew of pet heaven caskets, we lost our beautifully border collie last August. It was totally unexpected and we were devastated. We brought her home, and my husband and I then had to buy materials to build her a little casket. This was an added stress at a really difficult time. I vowed I would never be put in that situation again.

 

We have a 14 year old Dachshund, and we know that his time will come too. I found pet Heaven Casket on the web and e-mailed them for information. We received a prompt reply and Jill phoned for more details. I couldn't have asked for a more warm and sincere person to talk to. I was still reeling from the death of our little girl, but Jill found the time to talk to me. I thought she might have thought I was being a bit morbid, wanting a casket before the event, but Jill related her own story of loss and I knew I was making the right choice. I ordered a casket for Jack and it arrived in pristine condition. We haven't had to use it yet, but when the time comes, at least that will be one less thing to have to worry about. I contacted Jill back in January to begin arrangements as our little man deserved the absolute best in death as he did in life. “When our beloved Maggie the beagle (11 yo) was diagnosed with a cancerous bladder tumour in November, we knew that it was only a matter of time. After contacting Rob & Jill we organised her casket to be delivered. There were problems with a courier and Rob & Jill drove 3 hours to us to personally deliver. Their kindness didn't stop there, occasionally ringing and asking us how Maggie was. Miraculously Maggie lived for another 8 months before we had to say good-bye. Her casket was beautifully made and the interior was lined with satin and included a laced pillow as well. Perfect for our angel. Thank you Rob & Jill for all your help getting us through this very sad time”

“I had my little girl Moet for almost 15 years when my mum and I had to make the unbelievably hard decision to put her out of her pain. It was no doubt the hardest thing I have ever done.

 

I wanted something as special as her to put her in after she was cremated. I called around but everything was just off a shelf. Our little girl was far from ordinary. Then I found Jill and her husband they replied to my email quickly. I was able to talk to them out of working hours, they understood perfectly with what I wanted and went out of their way to ensure it was put together beautifully.

 

When you lose a pet your losing a huge piece of your life and Jill and her husband understood that. They ensured that even the small things were perfect.
