“We live on 5 acres as do our neighbours and we are all used to the peace and quiet of acerage living. Well that was until we had a litter of 10 Dobermans 12 months ago and decided to keep two of the pups. As you can imagine their bark is quite loud at the best of times but more so when they are in pens during the night and bark because they are confined.

We were up every hour during the night to quiet them and resorted to muzzling them so our poor neighbours could sleep. My husband who has a very early start for work each day (3.30am) was beside himself and we were discussing finding new homes for our beloved pets.

As we already have and use your containment system that works a treat to keep the dogs in the house yard away from the horses, we thought we would try your barking system. After just one night our two 1 year old pups and their 6 year old sire stayed quiet ALL night, as a matter of fact my husband and I woke at 2.30am because it was too quiet!

Your system has once again proven to be the most effective, humane way of training our dogs and we can only continue to recommend your products to anyone who has dogs. It\'s certainly worth the cost for the peace of mind whilst ensuring a safe environment.

“A few weeks back we bought a remote training collar from you. It was intended for our 6 months old puppy Allie, a Labrador/Great Dane/Bull Mastiff X. Allie is deaf and therefore the remote dog training collar was our only option. IT WORKS PERFECTLY! There was no special training needed. On #2 she reacts immediately, turns around and looks and me. I can then signal her to come to me and she gets rewarded for being a good dog. We only put it on when we go for a run. It makes Allies and our lives much easier and we have a well behaved dog. Thank you very much. The Ultra Smart seems to be very good quality as Allie goes swimming in the dam (the impulse works very well when wet!). I just thought to give you our very positive feed-back.”

“A few months back I purchased a spray bark collar for my German Shepherd and unfortunately it did not work. Until recently I just had it sitting in the cupboard.

Finally I decided to complain through your web site. Sina called me back straight away and has rectified the situation by replacing the original collar with a BC-200 Micro-No-Bark Collar. Much to my delight this has instantly solved all barking problems.

Sina has been absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to understand my problems and find a solution. Sadly, such caring customer service is a rare characteristic these days and it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with Sina .... I think she deserves a pay rise!!!
