My name is "Emma". I am a West Highland Terrier.

 

When my owners Gavin and Laura go away on holidays they always leave me at Homestead Kennels at Wonga Park. I have stayed at the kennels 14 times over the past six years. When my owners take me to the kennels I travel in a carry cage on the back seat of the car. When we get near the kennels I become very excited and sit up in my cage. Rod is always pleased to see me and the girls make a fuss of me and take care of me while I am there. Sometimes I have met terriers like me and I am able to play with them.

 

Even though I like staying at the kennels I am always pleased to be collected and taken back home.

I would like to thank all of you for taking care of my Angel so well while I was settling-in in Toronto. When he arrived in Toronto, he looked healthy and happy which implied that he was very well taken care of. I also appreciate the friendly staff who kept me updated on Angel for the three and half months he stayed at the cattery. I will recommend your service to anyone out there who is looking for a caring and a professional service.

Dear Rod,

 

We wish to thank you and your staff so much for looking after our dog, Sultan. He is a much adored and extremely spoilt 11 year old German Shepherd who frets terribly when he is away from us - So much so that, as you know, he just refuses to eat, which makes it very difficult for whoever has to look after him. We are happy to be able to say that we have finally found a place where we know Sultan does not stress when he is away from us.

 

We would especially like to thank you and your staff for the extra effort that was made during his stay with you and during "playtime" when you also hand fed him and gave him the attention he needed to keep him happy. It was a great feeling returning from our holiday to find him looking so happy and healthy. We love our dog very much we would like you to know that your efforts were greatly appreciated. We know without hesitation that we have found the right place for Sultan to stay when we go on holidays next time.

My bags are packed and I am dressed ready to go on a holiday to my favourite place - Homestead Kennels, looking forward to seeing Rod and his lovely staff and of course my buddies. Just hope my Labrador friend Tasha is there, we had a ball during the Playtime sessions.

Dear Rod and staff,

 

Thank you so much for looking after Lou ourspoodle while we were on vacation from March 24 until April 3. He hassettled back into our home very nicely and I'm sure enjoyed his time with you and it made us comfortable to know he was in safe hands. We will recommend you to our friends and family for sure and look forward to using your services again in the future.

 

I do believe that Lou had a great time as I heard him crying when he was walking down to meet Emily and I at the gate. It sounded like he didn't want to leave his little friend. I was also surprised to see just how sociable Lou really is, made it easy for us to leave him with you.
