"Just to let you know we arrived home safely, Carla Kiska snuggled and slept all the way home and to our amazement was totally relaxed the whole way back. We just had to email you as we can't believe how wonderful this little kitten has been since we have been home, we really expected her to be a little lost and lonely, so far we are totally amazed at how wrong our thoughts were and how relaxed she is.
We have only been home a short while but we are both totally smitten, she is just beautiful. She has not stopped purring since we got her back, absolutely loves to be cuddled and adores having her back scratched and seems to be quite content and amazingly settled considering she has had such a huge day, all this pleasure from one small creature in a few hours.
This precious one is a real credit to you and your wonderful establishment, she is such a cutie we can only just begin to imagine that she is going to be the most beautiful cat based on how she has been with us today.
Thank you so much for allowing us to have this lovely girl we will treasure and adore her always.
Our love and thanks to you."
With kind regards,
Mike and Julie Solomons

Cherie,
"Just a note about Sanjay - Son of Georgie - which you will recall we collected in November 2005.
He has turned out a brilliant cat in every respect. Looks gorgeous, gentle temperament, adaptable to his 2 homes, good with (our grandson) Mark, eats everything (well, our Xmas turkey and ham in particular), healthy, great coat, playful and entertaining, easy to care for, sleeps anywhere (well, on our bed in particular), seldom complains (outside any delay in feeding times), friendly to people generally (and very attached to me). He is just a great cat.
Mark, who was very cautious with him at the beginning, has developed a great affection for him (drags him about endlessly which he suffers with good grace).
We are convinced that these qualities are a direct result of his great parents, his environment at your house and your early and gentle handling of him.
We are really very pleased and greatly appreciate having been able to obtain a kitten from you.
If you are ever up our way, please do call in and say hello."
Regards,
Chris and Irene Edmonds

"We have two Russian Blues, Mia 7 and Felix 4. In fact, Mia was probably Holyoak Cattery's first unofficial border! It's not just the excellent quality of the facilities which would more than satisfy the most discerning of Felines (and their owners!) - it's the personalised service and genuine care given by Cherie and Joe Smith that makes Holyoak Cattery their only 'home away from home'.

"Having been owners of a number of feline friends for many years, it is with confidence and experience that we portend this Testimonial in relation to Holyoak Cattery.
The nature of our employment has required us to reside in most states of Australia and as such we have first hand experience, as clients, of long and short stay animal nurseries in other Oz states. Holyoak Cattery is second to none.
We first become aware of Holyoak Cattery and Nursery in 1993 when we had the need to board 3 cats because of travel. We were immediately impressed with the pleasant and peaceful surrounds of the establishment. Nestled amongst lovely eucalypt trees on several acres of bushland property is the Smiths residence. Adjacent to the house, so that constant attention day and night can be provided to the animals, is a superb lodging that is maintained in a clean and healthy state as good as one would see in any hospitality establishment.
Each resident has a dedicated pen of ample space to provide plenty of exercise and privacy. The hutch is raised and compartmentalised for warmth and comfort. The bedding is maintained in a new and thougherly clean state, as are the feeding/water utensils. Heaps of toys are provided along with soft pleasant music for pets to laze about or play as desired. The building constructed to protect it from the elements has an open sidewall wired for security and protection, facing down to a valley and pond where ducks and other wild birds meander on most days. This gives a non-claustrophobic result and adds to the already peaceful and pleasant environment. Enhancing this is a very sizeable bright and shiny floor tiled area between the pens and the open wall where each pet is given open space to run and play each day.Supervised by "mine host" Cherie.
The convenience of a friendly pick-up and delivery service is provided (including the airport) but since our return to live in WA we prefer to take our three cats to their holiday lodgings. Cherie treats all her temporary lodgers as she does her own, that is to say, with compassion care and lots of loving. It is fair to say then that our pets are never hasty to leave their peaceful abodes.
Apart from providing constant attention to the temporary residence, Cherie is a qualified and registered breeder of lovely Russian Blue and Birman kittens. Her sires and dams have gained many awards resulting in their prodigy being equal to any. We can speak from experience as we acquired two of her beautiful Birmans a couple of years ago.
The constant demand to purchase kittens or arrange for temporary accommodation is in itself evidence of the quality of service provided by Cherie and Joe Smith. I have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending Holyoak Cattery and Nursery to all my friends and any person interested in seeking out a superb cattery establishment."
