"Prior to attending the 3 week in-house training program at Hanrob, my Golden Retriever Chloe was definitely a handful: pulling on lead, jumping up & not obeying simple commands. Chloe returned home a more relaxed and well adjusted member of the family - able to heel, sit, stay & drop on command.

The staff were extremely professional & caring. I felt totally at ease leaving my dog for the 3 weeks - knowing that she was receiving the best training available in a state of the art facility.

"Magic the Pug was six months old when we got him. He'd been a kennel dog, and had never had a lead or collar on him. He was skittish, nervy, and slightly hysterical. We were lucky enough to spot the City of Sydney free dog obedience classes and enrolled immediately.

Now Magic is much calmer. When I took him recently for a quick check up the vet was amazed at how settled he has become. The training has not only enabled Magic to carry out the commands, he is a much happier dog. He knows what to do, and can do it well. He is responsive, enjoys the sessions, and is a joy to live with.

We are tremendously impressed with the trainers from Hanrob. In particular, Diane is a terrific teacher and has adjusted the training to suit each dog and dog owner. She sees what needs to be done and is very clear on how to achieve it. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in these classes."
