Hi Maurie

I just wanted to give you an update on the gray small tall you made for my birman, Kiarra.

Well, it has been a giant success. Not just with Kiarra, but also with our other cat, Cotton Candy, and our old fella, Bono. Bono has the beginnings of arthritis in his back legs, so having the steps really helps him with getting up and down and getting some much needed exercise.

The other two throw themselves through the holes in the truck, and Kiarra always seems to end up hanging upside down and kicking with the back feet.

The hollow has stood up amazingly well. Any other scratching post would have been torn to shreds by now given the punishment they've given it I've attached a couple of photos of our cats with their hollow.

Maurie,

The medium hollow arrived perfect and on time. Mia has investigated and worked out at least that it's a good way to get onto the window sill next to it, and that you can sleep in the bottom.

No doubt there are many more discoveries ahead for her. Here's an early picture. Will no doubt be more, especially when I get my second kitten in about three weeks.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!

We are blown away at the quality of your service and also your product.

We are SO grateful for you rushing the job for us and were able to pick up the Hollow and set it up the night before the kitten arrived (last night) :)

My husband (a perfectionist) inspected the Hollow for at least a half hour, bemused by the fact that he couldn’t fault it LOL

One of the few times I have seen him truly 100% happy with a purchase. Thank you!

Thank you also for bearing with me and the multitude of carpet samples. It is exactly how I had envisaged it and looks great in our room :)
