They were a delightful pair and Kayla settled in with no fuss or bother - I think that she even cultivated a romantic view of Dudley. After our initial meeting with Joss, I had no qualms about leaving Kayla with her for the weekend. Joss is a warm hearted and friendly person - a kindred spirit really and if ever I need to visit Melbourne for a long period and bring Kayla with me, you can rest assured that I will be contacting you to see if Joss is available.We even visited for a cup of tea and a play and to say goodbye. "Hi guys. Just a quick note to let you know we won't be needing your services any longer. We are moving to Singapore to live and unfortunately they won't let Staffy's in the country, so Bronson left yesterday to live with my in-laws in Brisbane. He turned 13 last week and I don't think he would have handled such a long flight anyway. We miss him already but will see him because we're visiting family (in Brisbane) next week before the big move. Please thank Ernie and Ruth for me, they took wonderful care of Bronson and he loved going to their place. Thanks also to you guys for placing him with such a loving family. Cheers!"

"Just wanted to say how thrilled we were with the care Susan took with our dog Stella. We rang Susan while we away and there was always a detailed report by her on what Stella had been doing. Our son visited Stella while she was staying with Susan and he commented how loving the family was towards our little dog. When we went to collect Stella, after 2 months, she seemed completely happy and relaxed and we almost felt she couldn't choose whether to come with us or stay at Susan's. A BIG thank you to Susan for everything."

Our boys have stayed in their comfy home twice now and we feel absolutely at ease having our babies minded by them both. when we pick them up, we just know they have enjoyed their stay. "I wish to thank everyone at Dogs Bed and Breakfast for making it possible for me to leave our much loved dog with Jayne. I could not have found a better person to take care of Jacqui if I tried. Jayne had previously cared for her last July and we were fortunate enough again to be able to have Jayne care for Jacqui at the end of December into early January. Knowing that Jacqui was receiving the best of care put my mind at rest so that I did not have to worry about her welfare whilst we were visiting our daughter in Sydney. Jayne’s friendly attitude and love of dogs is obvious. She also followed up with a phone call to us to make sure Jacqui had settled back ok on her return to our home after the holiday. During our exceptional summer heat, a few weeks later, Jayne had contacted us again to make sure that Jacqui was not adversely affected by it. We look forward to being able to use Dogs Bed and Breakfast in the future and in particular Jayne’s wonderful care."

"To the Dogs Bed and Breakfast Team. Mushi's stay with Rachel, David & family was great. Mushi was spoiled rotten as per usual & enjoyed every moment. We were very impressed with the way they made time to get to know us & Mushi at such short notice of taking Mushi.We would like to recommend Rachel, David & family to all of your customer's except that we wish to be selfish & keep them to ourselves. Seriously though all of your minders have been great. It is hard to have a preference & mostly timing & convenience is a deciding factor. We have considered being minders ourselves, but our work restrictions would not allow this at this time. You never know what is around the corner. When ever we meet people with Dogs we always recommend the best B&B place in town - Dogs Bed & Breakfast. Best regards!"
