What time can I bring my pet in?

Our opening hours are 9.00am - 12.00pm and 4.00pm - 6.00pm every day. We are closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day and some other Public Holidays.

It is better to bring your pet in early in the day so they have more time to settle in before night time.

What time do you feed the guests?

Our guests are fed their main meal in the morning.

What do I need to bring for my pet?

We will need to sight your current vaccination certificate – F3 or F5 for cats and C5 for dogs. Remember to bring any medication your pet is on.

Can I bring my pet's own diet?

If your pet is on a special diet we are more than happy to feed it from supplies you bring with you.

Can I bring my dog's coat?

We are happy to take dogs coats. Please ensure they are clearly and permanently labelled.

Can I bring my pet's favourite toys and bedding?

To make your pet feel more at home we encourage you to bring a toy and a piece of bedding. Please make sure that they are clearly marked and named.

What happens if my pet gets sick?

We have access to a 24 hour vet hospital should it be necessary.

Will my cat be on its own?

Yes, we only let cats from the same family share.

What time can I pick up my pet?

You can pick up your pet until midday with no charge for that day. After midday you will be charged your normal rate for that day.
