How much will I have to pay for delivery?

All orders within Austrralia are shipped at a flat rate of $8.00

 

Please do not pay for goods until the correct shipping charges have been confirmed to you by email.

 

Payment for overseas shipments must be made via PayPal.

 

PZ PetBank Rewards

 

What is the PZ PetBank Rewards Program?

The concept is simple! For every full dollar you spend on purchases from Pet Zympatico you receive one PZ PetBank rewards point. Twenty PZ PetBank rewards points have a value of $1.00.

 

When you have saved 100 or more PZ PetBank reward points you can use them towards the purchase of any item on the Pet Zympatico website; example:100 points will reward you with $5.00 off your next purchase.

 

Can I exchange my PZ PetBank rewards points for cash?

No PZ PetBank rewards points can only be used to obtain a discount on future purchases.

 

Can I use PZ PetBank reward points to pay postage and packaging costs?

No, discounts only apply to the cost of your purchase. Normal postage and packaging costs will still apply.

 

How long do I have to use my PZ PetBank rewards points?

You have two years from the date of when you earned your reward points before they expire.

 

How do I know how many PZ PetBank reward points I have?

Each time you purchase, your invoice will show how many points you have been awarded on that purchase as well as your current rewards total.

 

How do I go about using my PZ PetBank reward points?

When you have saved 100 or more reward points, just email us and let me know what item/s you would like to receive at a discounted price. You can then pay the difference by direct transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

What if I want to exchange or return an item to Pet Zympatico?

We will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any regular full-priced item if it is returned to us in new condition within 14 days of being received. Please contact us first by email or telephone to let us know you wish to exchange or return an article. Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing replacement goods.

 

Our exchange and refunds policy does not apply to custom orders, sale items or postal and packaging charges incurred by Pet Zympatico.

 

Sizing - Pet Beds

 

What size bed should I buy for my dog?

We recommend you measure your dog when it is lying down in its normal sleeping position to make sure it has enough room to be comfortable. Measure from the tip of the dog's nose to the base of its tail (where the tailbone connects to the rump) and add about 20-30cm to give you the diameter or length of bed required.

 

What size bed should I buy for my cat?

The Small size of Pet Zympatico beds is big enough for most breeds of cat. However, if your cat is exceptionally large (say, over 7kg) it may be more comfortable in a Medium size Pillbox or Lounger or a Large Igloo.
