Currently Pampered Paws only ships within Australia. Pampered Paws ships all orders via Australia Post with a tracking number. Postal insurance, postal registration and express postage are also available at an additional cost. We highly recommend that orders be dispatched with insurance and postal registration. If you wish any of these additional services please contact us and we will send you a revised post cost.
We determine shipping charges based on the weight or cubic volume of your order, whichever is greater. All our charges are based on Australia Post's current rates. We have included with all our product descriptions a weight, which will be used to calculate your postage costs.
All shipping charges payable will be displayed for you at checkout time, prior to you providing payment information, unless you require one of the additional services outlined above.
Please feel free to contact us prior to ordering to confirm shipping charges.

What's the best way to keep the slow-dried treats?
It’s important that your pet's slow-dried treats are kept sealed container or bag out of direct sunlight, preferably in a cool place.

Clippers and Clipping Your Pet
Are the clippers covered by warranty?
Yes, all our clipper products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. All warranty claims are made right here in Australia, so there is no need to send them overseas for warranty work.
What's the best blade to use for my dog?
We have a list of blades that are recommended for different blades on our website.
What's the between the different blade brands?
We stock different brands of blades to suit your needs and budget.
What's the difference between a skip tooth and full tooth blade?
A skip tooth blade is a blade which has alternating longer and shorter teeth. They cut faster through dense, matted hair but their clip is rough and not attractive. Use a skip tooth blade for the first pass “rough in” and then smooth your grooming with a full tooth blade. Skip tooth blades are best for clipping very heavily coated or matted dogs.
Full tooth blades are used for smoothing over a coat that has been cut with a skip tooth blade. They can also be used as the main cutting blade on coats that are not matted or dense.
How do I fit my comb attachments to my clipper blade?
See our guide to fitting comb attachments document in our website.
