Non Credit Card Payments:

For non credit card purchases we accept money orders and cheques (Cheques will require a clearance period of 5 working days).
 

Also you can deposit direct into our bank account.

 

What is your policy on returning goods?

We will happily exchange if the incorrect size was selected or if the item was faulty. All items must be returned in the state in which they were received .We do not accept returned product that has been soiled or torn. Returned merchandise must be in new condition.


All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please remember to try all items on your dog with the tags attached to check if the size is correct before removing the tags. Faulty goods must also be reported within 10 days to receive an exchange.

 

How long does delivery take?

Perritos aims to post items the next working day after payment has been received. Depending on your location, your purchase should be received within 1-10 working days. You will be notified via email that your item has been dispatched. If you live in Cairns and would like to pick up your parcel from the Grooming salon please select "Pick up at Store" as shipping options.
