A day your pet will never forget

Doggy Day spa offers the perfect opportunity for your pet the chance to restore their bodies' natural balance and leave them feeling rejuvenated.

On admission, our doggy masseuse’s will perform a 10-15 minute body massage on your pooch, followed by an aromatherapy hydro-bath is given with specially blended oils to suit your pet's mood and then blow dried by Leah from Shampoodles. Nails are trimmed, filed and painted on request (some of the male Rottweilers have requested their parents not make them look too girly!).

Once your pooch has had his or her grooming experience, a Greencross Veterinarian will perform a 10 point body assessment, this brief 10 point check list may include some health and beauty tips....only if needed that is! As we know your pet is already beautiful!......

Your pet is then escorted into the 'doggy retreat room', a secure, air conditioned luxury room, specially designed for doggy spa guests. With comfy bedding, and a choice of toys to choose for extra company. During their ‘me time’, relaxation music specifically designed for dogs ‘Doggy Dreams’ is played, dim lighting and the relaxing smell of aromatherapy is all in a days luxury. Refreshments can include a Puppacino, calm water* and a special doggy treat or nibbles.

Your pet is supervised regularly and walked every few hours for tinkles by the caring staff at Pet Empawrium.

On departure your pooch has a gift of $10 to spend in our pet empawrium, a body condition report is given by the Greencross veterinarian and a free Greencross lead. As an added day spa gift, FREE Membership to our Platinum Paws Club entitles your pet to receive special benefits on merchandise and e-newsletters monthly to keep up to date on all the latest pet care gossip, pet centre facilities and specials on products.

Air-conditioning is provided and complimentary parking for pet parents. We hope your pet leaves feeling as wonderful as what we do pampering them.

The The Doggy Day Spa package is provided by the Greencross Pet Empawrium in assistance with Greencross Vets in the city outskirts at Woolloongabba. We are located in a modern, newly refurbished building which is air-conditioned and provides state of the art pet healthcare and grooming facilities. When you leave your pet at the Doggy Day Spa for the day, you will have complete peace of mind because your pet will be left in the care of trained pet healthcare professionals including veterinarians. We are open early so you can drop your pet off on the way to work and shut late so you can collect them on your way home or you may just need to get them out the home for the day so you have some time to yourself!
