Extras

• Extra Pet: Do you have more than 5 pets? You will be charged for only 5 pets if you book at least an hour's service. Each extra pet per day $5.40
• Fish Tank Cleaning: Each Tank. This is on top of the normal Drop In rate. You will also get charged extra time if the tank takes longer than 30 minutes to clean, $20.00.
• Shopping Surcharge: If we are needed to buy supplies for you, this surcharge will apply over and above the cost of the shopping and extra wages for your carer's time, $10.00.
• Extra Time: Per 15 minutes, $9.00.
• Public Holiday Surcharge: Per visit $10.95.
• Peak Period Surcharge: Peak periods include dates on and around Christmas, Easter and other public holidays/long weekends. Per visit $10.95.
• Extra Visit: The initial visit to meet you is included as part of your membership and is free. If subsequent visits are required, eg to collect/return keys or meet a new carer, the minimum call out fee is charged, $21.25.
• After Hours Booking Surcharge: You can call the 1300 number to make a booking or to leave a message at any time without incurring the out of hours fee. However, if you call the emergency mobile number to make a booking outside office hours, this fee will be charged, $50.00.
• Short Notice Surcharge: Bookings taken or Initial Visits required with less than 24 hours notice. This surcharge does not apply to extra visits added to existing bookings, $10.00.

• On Christmas Day and Good Friday, we offer a short pet feeding/watering service only.
• Lonely Pets Club recognises Public Holidays over the Christmas and New Year period as being 25 Dec, 26 Dec and 1 Jan.
