Jetpets’ complete ‘door-to-door’ service saves you the hassle of booking flights and pet motels, getting lost at the airport and trying to work out what size and type of capsule to use. You can hand over all the arrangements to us, knowing that your pet will be delivered to your door in safe and experienced hands.

 

With this complete service, Jetpets takes care of all the arrangements

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary
• Our specially fitted and air-conditioned Pet Shuttle collects your pet from your home and transports them to the Jetpets Transit Lounge
• Your Pet Travel Consultant checks their flights are on time, prior to the Pet Shuttle transporting them to the airport and checking them in with the airline
• At their destination a Jetpets representative awaits their arrival, then delivers your pet where and when you want, in a safe and comfy pet shuttle. We can even arrange pet motel accommodation.

 

Door to Airport Service

Let Jetpets take the hassle out of pet travel by picking up your pet from your home in our air-conditioned and specially fitted pet shuttle.

 

With the ‘door to airport’ option:

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary.
• Our specially fitted and air-conditioned Pet Shuttle collects your pet from your home and transports them to the JetPets Transit Lounge.
• In the Transit Lounge, the JetPets Vet gives them a quick check-up to ensure they’re fit to travel
• Your Pet Travel Consultant checks their flights are on time, prior to the Pet Shuttle transporting them to the airport and checking them in with the airline.
• At your destination, your pet is ready for you to collect directly from the airline.

 

Airport to Door Service

This service is ideal if you’d prefer to take your pet out to the airport yourself, but have JetPets’ meet them at their destination.

 

With the ‘airport to door’ service:

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary, that tells you exactly where at the airport you need to check your pet in
• Jetpets provides you with one of our "Air Transport Approved" Pet Crates for them to make the journey in
• A Jetpets representative awaits their arrival at the destination, then delivers your pet where and when you want, in a safe and comfy pet shuttle. We can even arrange pet motel accommodation.

 

Airport to Airport Service

If you'd prefer to take your pet to the airport yourself and collect them at their destination, the Jetpets "airport to airport" service can save you the hassle of arranging the journey with the airline.

 

With the "airport to airport" service:

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary, that tells you exactly where at the airport you need to check-in your pet and where you'll collect your pet at the destination.
• Jetpets provides you with one of our "Air Transport Approved" Pet Capsules for them to make the journey in.

 

Crate Hire Only

• At Jet Pets we have a range of crate sizes to meet your pets transport needs.
• Jet Pets Hire Crates are available from all Major airports within Australia.
• Due to the high volume turnaround of Jet Pets hire crates we would appreciate at 2-3 working days notice in order to guarantee your crates are available at your departure airport.
