We do all the work.

We are a dedicated hands on service, not an online database.

We profile all owners and minders to find the perfect candidate for you. We don’t just give you access to our complete database and be contacted by anyone who has registered. You are only contacted by us with the suitable candidate or your suitable houseminding assignment. You tell us what you want, and we do the ringing around. When we have the right people for you, we let you know.

 

Finding your minder / being selected.

We present you with a shortlist of 2 or 3 minders. We give you a profile of each candidate and a history of houseminding jobs completed with us. You choose the candidate that’s right for you.

 

Peace of mind

Before you receive a choice of minders you can be assured that they have:

• References or a police check.
• Expect to pay a bond.
• Are comfortable in signing a written houseminding agreement (we supply one).
• Have agreed in advance to your preferences.

 

Timing

We are able to provide most Owners with a shortlist of candidates within a few days of receiving their booking. As such Minders know about new positions within 24 hours of them being received. No need to check our website.

 

Security

With all our customers your privacy is protected because we do not reveal your identity, contact details or full address to everyone. You would only reveal this to your chosen minder or owner only after you have given your permission.

 

Your minder becomes ill before you go

We’ll find you another houseminder at no extra charge.

 

Your minder becomes ill after you leave

We’ll find you another houseminder as a priority and find someone as soon as possible for no charge.

 

Booking convenience

We have online applications as well as paper and over the telephone as well. You are not restricted by your internet access.

 

Regular customers

We love our regular customers and they get preferred rates too! For an annual registration fee of just $330, we will find you as many minders as you want in a 12 month period. Minders are also entitled to a discount or perk on renewal.

 

On-going services

On a completion of a houseminding assignment we contact the owner and minder to discuss your level of satisfaction and any tips and hints that may arise from the assignment. We keep track of all our minders assignments which forms a fantastic reference for future assignments, rental agreements, even job applications! We are happy to do this for all our minders and owners.

No worries. We are happy to phone, fax or post things to you as well as email.
