Dog Accommdations

• Standard - Our standard accommodation for dogs is bright and airy, pens that are 7x1.5 metres in dimension. They have a separate inside/outside area and all have lovely views out to the gardens. This accommodation has all the comforts of home, including a bed, air-conditioning, music and gorgeous décor.
• Deluxe - Our deluxe accommodation for dogs is bright and airy, pens that are 7x1.5 metres in dimension. They have a separate inside/outside area and all have lovely views out to the gardens. Includes gourmet menu, TV, air conditioning plus 2 free walk times per day.
• Golden Paw Lounge - situated on a lovely 6-acre property on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Your pet will have access to world class grounds and team members.

Cat Accommodations

• Standard - A bright and airy pens that are 1.5x1.5 metres square and have separate toileting and sleeping areas.

• Lounge - Our lounge is shared accommodation in very large roomy areas that have outside areas attached. If your cat is active and loves other cats, then this is the option for them.
• Suite - Our suite accommodation is large and roomy, with a lovely view to outside. They have separate inside/outside areas. These have plenty of room for cats to share with other family members.
• Executive - Our executive accommodation is large and roomy, without an outside run attached. They are great for long term stays.

• Play Time - An active 15-20 minute supervised exercise session in one of our yards. This is also available for Cats
• Walk Time - Walk Time is an active supervised walk around our beautiful property.
• Swim Time - Quality 1-on-1 time. Swim Time is an active supervised swim in our beautiful pool.
• Office Time - Spend 1-on-1 time with the Customer Care Services Team, enjoy an hour in the cool air conditioned office.
• Kong Time - Have a treat-filled toy for only $10. It's yours to keep.
• Full Groom Service - We are proud to introduce and announce that Award Winning Groomer, Lisa Stewart, one of only 21 Internationally Certified Master Groomers in Australia, has joined our team. As a result, we are now able to offer you a complete grooming service on selected weekdays.
