Cattery/Accommodation

All our “cat suites” are spacious walk-ins approximately 2.6  in length 2.1 high and 1.2 wide with the double suites 2.1 wide. There are 4 double and 31 single suites available at the resort. The suites are tailored to make your cat feel like they are at home. The suites all contain  a  chair and house where they can relax. All rooms also have a variety of scratching posts and ramps.

Pick-Up and Drop Off

This can be arranged but we require a minimum of 24hours notice and times are subject to negotiation. A fee will be payable depending on the distance from Cloud Nine.

LONG TERM BOARDING
Cloud Nine Cat Resort can offer long term boarding upon consultation. In the case of long term boarding we will provide discounts on the standard daily rate.

Day Care
We also offer day care for those who are moving house, renovating or simply looking to add some variety to their cat’s life.

• Regular exercise in the cat gym for those guests that require it
• T.V. for those who like to sit and curl up in front of the telly.

Rates
Rates are available on request and please note that while there is no increase in daily rates during peak periods, we reserve the right to set a minimum stay period during the Christmas and Easter periods.

Pensioner/ Seniors card holders are entitled to a 10% discount on presentation of the appropriate card.

Loyalty Program
We have introduced a new loyalty program that entitles our clients to a 10% discount per day after 30 full paid days within a 12 month period. The 30 days do not have to be consecutive but the 12 months will apply from the date of the first stay.
 

Our products include Expansive menu choices including fresh meat, chicken and kangaroo.

Cat Food

We also provide an expansive  menu and provide all food both fresh and prepackaged, except those which are vet prescribed.
