Annerley Aquarium is a business, which evolved from the aquarium hobby. The proprietors Howard Vyse and Peter Ponting have been breeding fish for over 40 years. Twenty-one years ago, we commenced trading to ensure that fish keepers receive the correct advice and dispel the myth that keeping fish successfully was too difficult. Whether you have one tank or a hundred tanks, with quality equipment and experienced advice fish keeping is easy and fantastic fun.

Heaters and Lighting
Unless you are keeping Goldfish, Axolotls, Whiteclouds or crayfish, most other fish and invertebrates require heating in winter. All heaters are thermostatically controlled and our range extends from 25watt up to 300watt. Reliability is the key therefore we recommend and carry the following brands:
