Animal Travel is owned and operated by Ken and Narelle Hammond who are both veterinary qualified animal travel specialists, long time dog breeders and All Breeds dog judges. At Animal Travel, we have had the pleasure of helping families relocate their pets throughout Australia and overseas.

Using our extensive knowledge and experience of pet shipping, we combine a professional and trustworthy service with a more personal, caring approach. As longtime pet owners ourselves, we understand the stress and worry in relocating your family and pets. We care about your pets as if they were our own and are dedicated to their safety and comfort whilst in our care.

We provide delivery to and pick up from airports, boarding facilities, quarantine and your home in modern air conditioned travel vans. We also arrange veterinary treatment, export and import permits, purchase and rental of IATA approved travel crates and airline reservations.

Whether your pet is travelling within Australia or overseas, there are certain regulations that must be adhered to for the safety and comfort of your pets. Animal Travel is experienced in providing all necessary requirements to any destination in Australia and overseas.

International Travel
If your pet is traveling overseas, we can supply you with details pertaining to veterinary requirements and protocols for your pet's particular destination as well as advice for the re-importation of your pet should you be returning in the future.

Domestic Travel
We offer a complete service for your pets within Australia. This includes pick up and delivery from residence and local airports. We also offer crates for purchase or hire and most destinations can be achieved same day.

Deluxe Accommodation
We provide quality accommodation for your very important pet. All dogs enjoy all day play in our large grassed exercise areas, then sleep comfortably in our indoor kennel block at night. Our deluxe cattery has all the comforts of a home away from home.

Crates
At Animal Travel, we offer travel crates for rental (domestic travel only) or purchase depending on your needs. Travel crates come in a range of standard sizes or we can custom make so that your pet travels in maximum comfort. Animal Travel uses only quality IATA (Domestic and International) airline approved travel crates that are for a lifetime of use.
