Stirling Lodge Boarding Kennels is headed by Nicky McDermott. Patrick and Nicky have always had dogs in their lives and saw Stirling Lodge Boarding Kennels as the perfect way to fulfil their love for dogs. Both Patrick and Nicky have been dedicated obedience instructors taking classes from beginners through to trialling classes.
The name Stirling Lodge was chosen to honour Patrick’s Scottish home town. Stirling in Scotland is “Braveheart” country where William Wallace is the local hero.
We spent a great deal of time and effort researching boarding kennels prior to building Stirling Lodge. We wanted to ensure we developed a happy, healthy, safe, and secure environment for all dogs that stay with us.
A great deal of time, thought and research went into the design of the kennels, exercise areas and garden playgrounds to create a safe, secure, happy and healthy environment.
Whilst staying at Stirling Lodge, Patrick and Nicky will ensure your family dog receives personal care and attention, just as they would at home. We are very proud of our dog boarding kennels and invite you to inspect our facilities at your convenience.

Services Offered:Dog Boarding The accommodation at Stirling Lodge is colourful, bright, and cheery. Our newly built double brick building has separate and secure sleeping quarters for our guests. Our first class sleeping areas are private with a door to the outside runs. Our spacious and secure exercise areas and play gardens ensure all of our guests will receive plenty of fresh air and sunshine.
We use premium dry food Eukanuba as there are formulas to suit small, medium, large and extra large dogs. A Maltese wouldn’t have the same dietary requirements that a Labrador has. Ecopet chicken loaf, we also have quality fresh beef or chicken mince to suit the fussiest eaters. All meals are served in stainless steel bowls.
It is a requirement that all of our guests have been vaccinated with C5 vaccine at least 2 weeks prior to their stay. Payment Methods Accepted:

We offer a bathing and blow dry service. As we prefer to bath on the day that your dog is being collected we have a late check out of 12pm.
We like to spend as much time as possible with the dogs. This can mean talking to them as we pass by, giving them a cuddle, a pat or playing a game.
We have a vet on call 24 hours a day. If your dog requires veterinary attention we would contact your own vet first, however if they are unavailable or some distance away we have our own vet on call. Hours of Operation:
