The Paw House Boarding Kennels, formerly Frasers Boarding Kennels, is owned and operated by Claire and Leigh. With a combined total of approximately 45 years experience in boarding, breeding, exhibiting, and just plain enjoying dogs, we're able to ensure your dog's boarding kennel experience is an extremely pleasant one, leaving you with the peace of mind to be able to relax and enjoy your break knowing your canine pal is in safe hands.
"I have been working in kennels since the age of 13, starting out with weekend work whilst I was still at school and then moving on to full time work managing a large breeding/boarding/pet transport establishment. I also bred & exhibited Border Collies for many years, with moderate success, as well as exhibiting several other breeds for others & myself.
Leigh had several years experience in all manner of doggy enterprises. He is also currently serving as a member on various sub-committees of Dogs West (Canine Association of WA).
Along with our two children, Grace & Thomas, we are both genuine dyed-in-the-wool animal lovers committed to ensuring that your dog feels safe, secure, and comfortable during their stay with us. "

Our Kennels We currently have 30 kennels, divided into 3 sections in two separate kennel blocks:
Block 1 Our original kennel block is made up of 12 brick & iron kennels, 6 front & 6 back. The front six kennels we call our "special needs wing" - we use these for any small, elderly, baby or "special needs" guests. We have heating available in these kennels for keeping those guests who are arthritic or who feel the cold nice & toasty!
All 12 kennels in our original block are more than large enough to comfortably house two of even the largest of breeds. Each kennel has a cosy sleeping area with a fully covered, concrete floored patio area attached and there is plenty of room to stretch, laze about, or play.
Block 2 Our new block of 18 kennels was completed in 2008. Brands Supported/SuppliedServices continued...
We designed these kennels specifically for extra large dogs and family groups and they are large enough to house up to 3 big dogs or 2 giant dogs in comfort. As "big dog" owners & lovers ourselves, we understand that owners of two or more large dogs don't want to have to separate their dogs due to space constraints, so we built these kennels with that in mind.
You are welcome to bring along your dogs' favourite blanket or toys, with a few exceptions/conditions:

At the moment, we have 14 large grassed exercise areas, with more coming. The grass areas are communal; we carefully match 2 or 3 canine guests of similar size & compatible temperaments for play sessions.
Feeding We pride ourselves here at The Paw House on the fact that your dog will go home in as good, if not better, condition as when they arrived. We take great pains to make your dogs stay a pleasant one; this includes providing a quality diet, individually selected and prepared to cater for your mate's specific needs. Hours of Operation:
