Pet City was established in Balcatta in 1988, since then has grown into 5 great superstores with over 30 friendly staff, which are passionate about their jobs & providing friendly professional advice and customer service.

Offering living animals is a tremendous responsibility that Pet City takes very seriously. Our staffs are trained in pet health care and hourly animal health checks ensure our animals are happy and healthy during their temporary stay. “Care Sheets” developed with assistance of veterinarians and other information from our professional trained staff helps ensure customers are choosing the right pet and providing the proper care once they get their new family member home.
